- What this page shows
- Only your name, reference code, current pipeline stage, and the time the stage last changed. Nothing else from your application is exposed here.
- What is never shown
- Your CV, assessment answers, scores, recruiter notes, salary expectations, and contact details for other applicants are never returned by this lookup.
- How it's protected
- Lookups require both your email and your unique reference code. The database denies all direct reads of applications — a single read-only function returns just the five fields above when both values match.
- Your control
- You can request deletion of your application at any time by contacting us. Reference codes are random and not derived from personal data, so sharing one only reveals the four fields above.
