These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Marlcedon website at marlcedon.com and any associated content, tools, and applications ("Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Marlcedon Ltd ("Marlcedon", "we", "us", "our") is a global hiring and operations infrastructure company providing vetted talent placement, compliance, and continuity services to client organisations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the Site for informational purposes, submit talent applications, submit company inquiries, and contact us.
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, automate access without permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use the Site in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with other users.
You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false information.

4. Submissions

If you submit a talent application, company inquiry, contact message, or feedback, you grant Marlcedon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that submission for the purpose of evaluating it, contacting you, and improving our services. You retain ownership of the underlying material. Personal data within submissions is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. No employment offer

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of employment, a binding offer of services, or a guarantee of placement. All commercial engagements are governed by separately executed master agreements.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, copy, logos, brand mark, illustrations, and underlying code, is the property of Marlcedon or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. The "MARLCEDON" wordmark and the Marlcedon brand mark are trademarks of Marlcedon Ltd.

7. Third-party content

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marlcedon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marlcedon, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marlcedon from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
